Synopsis: Two families, each with their own problems, each with their own teenagers, face up to the realisation that family life has to be worked at. Taking situations and people for granted can lead to unhappiness and solitude. For the parents, there is a strange feeling that they have been here before - and probably will again.

Each contrasting scene illustrates that what may appear trivial to one may be vital to another; each story has its antithesis; each runs on Parallel Lines.

Sweet Dreams
Synopsis: Sam has stolen £5 from his parents and although he won't admit it, his conscience is troubling him. So much so that his Conscience comes to life and, to teach him the error of his ways, takes Sam through a nightmare adventure, during which he encounters some very varied recruits and some comic situations at the training school for apprentice consciences.
